Personal certification - Structural engineer
Dancert offers accredited personal certification of structural engineers as per the Danish Executive Order on Certification Scheme for Documentation of Technical Conditions in the Danish Building Regulations (BEK 1693).

The costs for certification in 2024 are:
(Valid as of April 1 2024)
New certification:
For certification of structure class 2: Certification fee of DKK 30,000.
The assessment of a construction project is invoiced based on time spent, where a fee for the assessment in the range of DKK 50,000 can be expected.
For the certification of structure classes 3 and 4 and third party inspections: Certification fee of DKK 45,000.
The assessment of a construction project is invoiced based on time spent, where a fee for the assessment in the range of DKK 100,000 can be expected.
Prices are exclusive of VAT.
The certification fee covers the processing of the application, the assessment of qualifications and the verification of assessments. The fee is charged irrespective of whether or not a certificate can be issued.
Annual follow-up:
Annual follow-up: DKK 23,000
Yearly fee for the registration of the work of an individual certified structural engineer: DKK 7,000.
